IPTVon provides IPTV subscriptions and IPTV reseller credits only. We act solely as a platform and reseller — we do not own, host, or control any streaming content. All live channels and VOD content are sourced from third-party providers and are subject to change, update, or removal without prior notice.

Our responsibility is limited to activating your subscription for the agreed duration. A confirmation screenshot showing the expiration date is sent to your registered email as proof of delivery.

One subscription = One device. Simultaneous use on multiple devices may result in automatic deactivation without refund.
You are responsible for providing correct device details (model, MAC address, app used, etc.) when ordering. If not specified, your subscription will be delivered in M3U format, which is non-changeable after activation.
IPTV services may be affected by temporary outages due to provider-side maintenance.
Buffering, freezing, or content unavailability may occur — this is common across all IPTV systems.
We reserve the right to swap or replace your package with another if the selected one becomes unavailable.
Subscription details are usually delivered within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Reseller Panel Terms

IPTVon provides reseller dashboard access and credits only.
We are not responsible for how you use the reseller system or issues within your panel account.
Credits never expire.
Reseller plans are strictly non-refundable. Once credits are added, they are final and cannot be reversed.
By ordering reseller credits, you confirm that you understand how the system works.

Refund Policy

We offer fair refund options for retail users only.

7-Day Refund Guarantee (Retail only):

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
After 7 days, partial refunds may be issued based on usage time (if the issue cannot be resolved).

Example: If you paid €65 for 12 months and used 3 months, €24 is deducted and €41 refunded.
Note: No refund is available if service worked normally for the full period used.

No Refunds for Reseller Plans or Credits.

Service Expiration

Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of their active period. No cancellation is required.

Content & Availability

All services, channels, and packages may change without notice. IPTVon only acts as a delivery platform and does not host or distribute any media directly.

Payments are securely processed via:

Credit/Debit Cards (3D Secure)
Bitcoin
PayPal (if available)

If your card fails, please contact your bank to enable 3D Secure authentication.
